The call for applications to the first year of the Master's cycle is officially open. The signed communiqué is the authoritative document: keep it, as it sets out the specialisations, the number of places, the requirements and the exact composition of the application file.

Composition of the application file
Reproduced in full from the official communiqué. The complete file must reach the PSSFP Registrar's Office at Yaoundé-Messa (room 231) by September 18, 2026 at 1:30 PM at the latest (Yaoundé time, UTC+1).
An application submitted online only becomes admissible once the paper file has been handed in and recorded at the Registrar's Office. This requirement applies to distance-learning applicants as well.
- 01 enrolment form, generated from your online application and printed from your applicant area after submission.Paper copy only
- 01 certified true copy of the required degree or certificate of completion (Bachelor's), duly signed by the university authorities and issued less than three months ago.
- 01 certified photocopy of the birth certificate, issued less than three months ago.
- The academic transcripts for the Bachelor's cycle (years 1, 2 and 3), duly signed by the university authorities.
- A detailed CV.
- A cover letter addressed to the Chairperson of the PSSFP Steering Committee.
- A certificate of actual service in post or an authorisation from the employer is required (where applicable).
- 01 A4 envelope, stamped at the statutory rate and bearing the applicant's address.Paper copy only
- The deposit receipt from the "Crédit Mutuel d'Investissement du Cameroun" (CREMINCAM) for the sum of fifty thousand (50,000) XAF in application fees, or a postal money order addressed to the Administrative and Financial Officer of the PSSFP, P.O. Box 2332 Yaoundé-Messa.
In addition, a recent passport photograph must be uploaded to your applicant area: it appears on your enrolment form.
